Processing of personal data

The Personal Data provided or acquired will be subject to Processing based on the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and protection of confidentiality in accordance with current regulations. The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.  Purpose of the Processing of personal data and legal basis Personal data may be collected autonomously by the Data Controller or through third parties. 2) Registration to the website  

The registration process, by creating an account or using an existing social network account, is intended to allow you to use the website as a "registered user" and access a series of services offered through the same applications.  The data will be processed for the purpose of being registered on the site of the Controller for the purchase of products from the same Controller.

Legal basis: The legal basis of the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures to which the data subject is party and the consent of the data subject who may always change his or her mind, however the provision of the Data is necessary for the pursuit of the stated purpose.

Period data retention: until the consent is revoked or the account deleted by the Data Subject.

4) Processing required under a contract

The Data will be processed in order to fulfil the obligations arising from the contract concluded between the Data Subject and the Data Controller for the sale of the Products on the Website, to contact the Data Subject in relation to the Contract and for the management thereof, for the management of legal claims, assistance, withdrawal requests, management and termination of the Contract itself.

Legal basis: this processing is necessary for the execution of the contract to which the Data Subject is a party, for the execution of pre-contractual measures or to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.

5) Fulfilment of any obligations under applicable laws

The Data will be processed to comply with any type of obligation contemplated and provided by applicable laws, regulations, related regulations, commercial practices and tax/ fiscal matters, including for the purposes provided by the law on money laundering of Legislative Decree 231/2007 and subsequent amendments. The Law on Money Laundering of Italy has been amended.

6) Soft spam

The data will be processed to allow the Controller to send by e-mailmail to the Data Subject commercial and promotional communications with the object of similar products to the products sold without the need for the express and prior consent of the Data Subject, as provided by art. 130, 4 paragraph, Privacy Code as amended by D.lgs. n.101 of 2018, and provided that the Data Subject does not exercise the right to object.

Legal basis: this processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6, lett. F and Recital n. 47 of the GDPR.

7) Newsletter 

The data will be processed for sending communications and promotional, commercial and advertising material or related initiatives and events of the Data Controller, through newsletters.

Legal basis: this processing is based on the consent freely expressed by the data subject pursuant to art. 6, para. 1, lett. A of the GDPR.

Data retention period: until the consent is revoked by the Data Subject through the appropriate tool at the bottom of the newsletter or through a request to the Data Controller.

8) Statistics
The data will be processed to carry out statistical analysis on aggregated and anonymous data to analyze the behavior of the Data Subject to improve the products and services provided by the Data Controller as well as meet the expectations of the Data Subject. Legal basis: this processing is based on the consent freely expressed by the data subject.Period of data retention: until the consent of the data subject is revoked.

9) Profilation

The Data will be processed for the analysis and evaluation of interests, habits, consumer choices, including the creation of profiles in order to send personalized information and promotional material on the Services/ Products offered by the Data Controller.  Legal basis: this processing is based on the consent freely expressed by the data subject pursuant to art. 6, para. 1, lett. Data communication

Personal Data of users residing in the United Kingdom will be processed for the same purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

Sending notifications and communications related to the services offered by the Application.

Exercise of the rights of the interested party
