You can proceed with your order without uploading the logo. We will send you a reminderemail to upload it later. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions to ensure you meet the deadlines.

If you choose to request support for logo creation:

• Finalise your order without uploading a logo.
• Our team will contact you via email to start the process.
• You will receive a questionnaire to collect information about your brand and your preferences.
• Within 7 working days, we will send you 3 logo options to choose from.

After receiving the 3 logo proposals in digital format, you will be able to:

1. Select one of the three proposed logos.

2. Request one change to one of the three options.

3. Ask for a fourth logo proposal (this will not be subject to further modifications). Review our terms and conditions for more details.

The first logo proposals will be delivered within 7 working days from the receipt of the completed questionnaire. If you request any changes, these will be processed within 5 working days.

If you choose to upload the logo later, it is essential  to meet the 5-working-day deadline as stated in the terms and conditions.

Failure to upload the logo within the specified time may result in us suspending or handling your order differently.

The final logo will be provided in a vector PDF format, ready to be used across any medium.

The Marketing Kit is a set of ready-to-use professional materials designed to support your visual communication. It includes images, posters and social media content, supplied in high-resolution formats. The material is designed for our clients and will feature your logo. Please note that all materials will be supplied digitally, ready for printing. You will not receive any printed material.

Materials in print format:

• 3 images in HD A4 format.
• 3 images in HD format A3.
• 1 70x100 cm poster

Digital materials for social media:

• 2 Instagram 1080x1080 posts featuring a caption in English.

All files are supplied in PDF or JPG format.

The materials are compressed into a folder that can be downloaded directly from the customer's personal area after purchasing.
